1. Introduction and Commitment
HOWZIT is committed to maintaining a safe environment for all users and has a strict policy against Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE) on our platform. The safety of minors is our highest priority, and we take comprehensive measures to prevent, detect, and respond to any content or behavior that could harm children.
This document outlines our standards, policies, and procedures for child safety on the HOWZIT platform. These standards apply to all users, content, and activities on our service.
Our Core Principles:

If we discover that a user is under 18 years of age:
- The account is immediately suspended
- All personal data associated with the account is deleted within 30 days
- The user is notified that they do not meet our age requirements
- If illegal activity is suspected, law enforcement is notified
