1. Introduction and Commitment

HOWZIT is committed to maintaining a safe environment for all users and has a strict policy against Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE) on our platform. The safety of minors is our highest priority, and we take comprehensive measures to prevent, detect, and respond to any content or behavior that could harm children.

This document outlines our standards, policies, and procedures for child safety on the HOWZIT platform. These standards apply to all users, content, and activities on our service.

Our Core Principles:

  • HOWZIT is an adults-only platform (18+)
  • Zero tolerance for any form of child exploitation
  • Proactive prevention and detection measures
  • Swift response to any violations
  • Full cooperation with law enforcement authorities

2. Age Requirements

HOWZIT is strictly for users aged 18 years and older.

2.1 Age Verification

We implement multiple measures to verify that users meet our age requirement:

  • Date of Birth Collection: Users must provide their date of birth during registration
  • Age Calculation: Our system automatically calculates age and blocks registration for users under 18
  • Profile Review: We review reported profiles that may belong to underage users
  • Ongoing Verification: Users may be asked to verify their age if there are concerns

2.2 Underage User Discovery

If we discover that a user is under 18 years of age:

  • The account is immediately suspended
  • All personal data associated with the account is deleted within 30 days
  • The user is notified that they do not meet our age requirements
  • If illegal activity is suspected, law enforcement is notified

3. Zero Tolerance Policy

HOWZIT maintains an absolute zero tolerance policy for Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE).

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) of any kind
  • Sexual exploitation of minors
  • Grooming behavior targeting minors
  • Solicitation of minors for sexual purposes
  • Trafficking of minors
  • Any content that sexualizes children
  • Sharing, distributing, or requesting CSAM

Consequences: Any user found engaging in CSAE-related activities will face:

  • Immediate and permanent account termination
  • Reporting to relevant law enforcement agencies
  • Reporting to organizations such as NCMEC (National Center for Missing & Exploited Children)
  • Preservation of evidence for legal proceedings
  • Permanent ban from all HOWZIT services
